BR 2-18: BRIDGES

"People have been making bridges for thousands of years."

There are some kinds of bridges in this book. I could see from very old bridges to new one and I cold understand why bridges are so strong. There are some construction of bridges, for example, arches, beam, and steel ropes.
Usually, I don't think about bridges, so I'm so surprised at this book. I felt like the scales fell from my eyes. I want you to read this book once. Please check it out.

Or is a making a cake science?"

This book let use know how to make a cake, and how the cake is artistic. There was a chocolate cake, its materials, and many tool to make it. There were flour, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and egg in the book. They look so delicious.

"There is ice over most of the land.
There is also ice over the sea.

Do you remember that I wrote a post about Antarctica before? It was just about ice, but this is about animals. There are seals, penguins, and birds. Most animals and plants need oxygen to live. Sea plants and animals get it from the water. Except above examples, there are many Plankton. According to this book, plankton is the start of the Antarctic food chain. (plankton → krill → fish → whales)
